Sandra F. (Sandi) Kemp
Chairman

Sandi has lived in Navarre since 1993 when her Air Force husband was transferred to Hurlburt Field. She is the publisher/owner of Navarre Press and owner of Sandpaper Marketing. She is married to John Kemp, and they have four children. Besides being a director and the chairman of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, she is a member and past chairman of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the chamber's Military Affairs Council. She is currently the chairman of the board of the Florida Press Association, a founding member and past president of the Navarre Rotary Club, and on the board of directors of the Navarre YMCA. In the past, Sandi was a director with the Santa Rosa Education Foundation.

Kerry Anne Schultz
Vice-President

Kerry Anne Schultz is a partner with Fountain, Schultz & Associates, P.L. She graduated Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian with a Bachelor’s degree in both History and Political Science from Oklahoma City University in 1998.  Ms. Schultz also earned her Juris Doctorate with honors from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2000.

Ms. Schultz’s practice is limited to business and corporate transactions, health law, commercial and residential real estate transactions and development, homeowner, condominium and community associations, and civil litigation.

Ms. Schultz resides in Gulf Breeze, Florida with her husband, Dr. Steven John Spitzer. They are active parishioners with St. Ann’s Catholic Church.

Michael J. Sandler
Treasurer

Mike has lived in Navarre for 20 years and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. Mike is married to Nancy Sandler and they have two children and three grandchildren. Besides being a director and treasurer of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, he is a member of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Hurlburt Chiefs Group, Holley Navarre Seniors Association, Navarre Community Emergency Response Team Board of Directors, Santa Rosa Clean Community Navarre Coordinator, Santa Rosa County Library Board President, and the Caring and Sharing of Santa Rosa County Board of Directors. In the past, Mike has been involved with the West Florida Regional Library Board and the Friends of the Navarre Library as a life member and past president.

Nancy A. Sandler
Secretary

Nancy has lived in Navarre for 20 years and retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2000 as a Chief Master Sergeant. Besides being a director and secretary of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, she is active with the Holley Navarre Seniors Association as past president and member, Friends of Navarre Library as a lifetime member and past president, Impact100 Pensacola, and the Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary Committee. In the past, Nancy was on the board of the Santa Rosa Clean Community System, Caring and Sharing of South Santa Rosa County as past president, and on the steering committee of the Navarre Relay for Life.

Edward L. Taylor

William H. (Bill) Phillips
Director

Bill has owned a vacation home in Navarre for 24 years and has lived in Navarre for the past 12 years. Bill is a retired Brigadier General with the U.S. Air Force and is also retired from Civil Service. He is married to Mara Jan, and they have two married children and 10 grandchildren. Besides being a director of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber Foundation, Bill is a member of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the chamber's Military Affairs Council, a member of Team Santa Rosa Military Affairs Committee, director of the Santa Rosa County Veteran's Memorial Foundation and a member of the Auburn University Alumni Association.

Brian F. Lowman
Director

Brian has lived in Navarre for 12 years and works for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute as a Biological Scientist. He retired from the GTE Corporation, which is now Verizon. Besides being a director on the Navarre Beach Area Chamber Foundation, he is a Senior Warden at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church and a member of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. Brian is also known as the "Navarre Fisherman" because he wrote a column for the local newspaper, Navarre Press for many years. He was also a Friend of the Florida State Parks.
